  • You request a preferred time online and we confirm it within one working day. At the studio we show you around, talk about your goals and you do your first workout. Free and with no obligation.

  • Comfortable workout clothes, clean indoor shoes, a large towel and something to drink.

  • Yes. Training, classes, sauna and changing rooms are exclusively for women.

  • Yes. With your badge you have access around the clock. The studio is staffed Mon–Fri 09:00–21:00 and Sat 09:00–14:00.
